5 weeks on Plan

I can't believe it has been 5 weeks! I am so loving this plan! I lost 5 lbs in 5 weeks, which is amazing. I have had weekdays with 3 plates a day, and weekends with treats.

This is all so.....reasonable! I wish I had eaten like this for the last 45 years.
